The thermal fuse is located on the right side of the element. First flip your breaker for the dryer off and on a few times. Then see if it comes on. If not get a putty knife, and slide it under the top on the right side, about three inches from the end, and you will hit a clip, that will release the top. Do the same on the other side. Move the top back up against the wall, and rest it there. In the back, up top, in the middle is the element. you will see 2 white wires, follow them to the right side of the element, and you will see the thermal fuse. It is about the size of a dime. You have to take out the 1/4 inch screw that holds the element in place to release the thermal fuse bracket. The part # is LA1053. It also comes with the thermostat that sit on top of the element. Once you do all that we need to fix the real problem, that made this happen in the first place. Look inside of the front panel, about 3 inches down on the right and the left side of the front panel, and you will see a 1/4 inch screw, remove them on each side, and lean the front toward you, and take the wires off the switch, and remember where they go, and then remove the front. Now look down on the bottom of the front, in the blower housing, and clean all that lint out, Once you get it all back together, take the vent hose off the back, and clean that out too. Turn it on, and then go out side, and make sure you have good air flow. Tom ********************************************
