hi i just hooked up this unit and the only thing it happens is the dryer humms but does not move and the washer doesn't do anything.. this is double stack twin bill.. do you have any suggestions as to what may be wrong..

First place to check is the electrical hook-ups. Are you getting 240VAC at the outlet? Is the electric cable connector to the unit tightly connected?
