Brian,

Have you disconnected the exhaust vent tubing from the back of the machine and run a load with the vent off ?

You may have a clogged vent or vent hood, causing the unit to cycle the hi limit thermostat, and turn off the heat.

Try that first, if you still have a problem, contact us and we'll get you to do some more checks.
