Default Electric dry runs no heat
Model Number: CRER7900AS1   Brand: Frigidaire   Age: 1 - 5 years

according to my troubleshooting for my problem the possible cause is one of the 2 house fuses have blown. The solution shows replae fuse. Ok so what the heck is the house fuse and where do you go to replace this.. I've been told that it may be a thermal fuse, but according to the person I spoke to there is no thermal fuse..

Turn your house breaker for the dryer, in your breaker box, off and then back on and see what it does.

Remove the rear panel and check the thermostats(remove one set at a time) with an ohm meter, for continuity. Also check the element the same way.

Default Check it out:

The fuse in this dryer will stop the motor from working. So if it still runs then you have a broken element:gibson rear wall.jpg
