I need help.i check already:
at breaker box=240v
outlet=240v
wire continuity
at dryer terminals 120v and 120v
thermal fuse,thermostat,.....to the heating element (is good too)

I can see that i have at the 2 red wires that feed the heating element 120v each, I'm lost and my old lady is on me .
Please help

Your model number is incomplete.
Usually Kenmore numbers are 3 digits, a period and then 6or 7 more digits.
Please check it.

Your power looks good.

You only mention a thermostat and a thermal fuse.
On the thermal fuse. Many units have two. One on the blower assembly, this usually kills power to the unit. The other is often near/on the heater assembly, this is the one that kills power to the heater.
On the thermostat also many units have 2. A high-limit near/on the heater and the cycling thermostat usually on the blower assembly.

Power to the heater will run through a centrifugal switch on the motor. This ensures that the heater does not come on till there is air flow.
Also through at least one set of contacts in the timer.
