I have a Maytag dryer model #mdg7658aww and it will not heat up. This is the second time. My wife had it fixed approx 1 year ago. I believe it is the same part but I do not have the receipt from the repair the first time. Any help would be appreciated

it could be the ignitor, the thermal fuse, the gas valve coils, flame sensor, timer. if you are getting 115 volts to gas valve you can rule out thermal fuse or timer in which case its probably valve coils or ignitor ,if you are getting 115 volts to ignitor +ignitor does not glow, replace ignitor. if burner comes on after ignitor glows for 30 seconds or so, problem maybe coils
