my dryer will lite for about 20 seconds and then it stops burning what is there a problem with the thermal cut off.I'm currently having a problem with the dryer heating. It heats once in a while but not often.

it sounds like the problem is gas valve coil kit

I changed the gas valve coils and all the thermostat and flame sensor and still have the same problem.

Did you put it back together before trying it? My dryer was having the same issues. After putting in a new coil kit, it still wouldn't work. Then I read somewhere else that you need to put the front back on for it to work. So I put it back together and what do you know...I'm back in business drying clothes again. Wait till she finds out I bought a hot tub!!!!
