After coming home from travel last week my dryer won't start. I first check the home circuit as there was a storm that left us without power for a few hours. When you open the dryer and add clothes,at first the inside light was on. But when you hit the start button, nothing, no noise, no sense of power. I read a little bit and unplugged the unit and removed the back power panel. There appear to be no shorted wires or anything burned. I put it back. I removed the lower front panel to see if there was any noticeable clogs by any motor parts. It was dirty, so I vacuumed it out. I then removed the top panel and examined the belts, the belts appear attached and not dirty. The inside circulates by hand without problem. I put all of the parts back together, plugged it in and now not only does it not work but the inside light is no longer powering up. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The dryer is fairly new and we are hoping to fix it. Thanks!
