I have a white-westinghouse gas dryer that was purchased in 1992. I noticed the other day that the side and the top gets very hot. Other than that, it drys the load and blows out hot air. The flame is mostly blue but there is some yellow as well. Could this be the reason why the dryer is getting too hot?
