After starting a drying cycle, you can hear a solenoid "click", and normally the burner would light, but nothing happens. The glow plug is not lighting up as well.

You have to check for continuity two thermostats behind the front panel, the hi-limit thermostat mounted on the combustion chamber, the igniter and the flame detector (on side of the combustion chamber). If any of these parts is open, it has to be replaced.

would you have any diagrams showing where inside the machine these parts are located, and how to gain access to them?

Open the door and remove the four screws securing the top panel from the door frame. Lift up the top panel and remove the screw on each side of the top of the front panel and the screw on each side of the bottom of the front panel.

I've isolated and checked continuity on 4 parts in question, and all seem to pass the test. What now?

Check all wires and connectors. If there is nothing wrong then the timer is probably bad. If you can post the wiring diagram, it might help better.
