eletric dryer
Model Number: lde8424ade Brand: Maytag Age: More than 10 years
hello maytag
i have electric dryer which runs o.k. but dowes not heat.i ahve follwing things already checked 1.voltage 2.thermal switch 3. cut out switch 4.heating element they all have county can some one letme know what elese could be wrong. Ads By Google Related Models

Here are your parts
Replacement parts for MAYTAG LDE8424ADE Dryer - Ele | AppliancePartsPros.com And a service manual http://www.servicematters.com/maytag...s/16008714.pdf 1.voltage Am assuming that you have the full 240 volts. 2.thermal switch 3. cut out switch 4.heating element they all have county Did you remove the wires from one side of any device you were measuring. This prevents you from reading an alternate/parallel circuit path. can some one letme know what elese could be wrong. I would just be guessing. Check the timer contacts and the temperature switch.
