Whirlpool Thin Twin dryer will not heat

Model Number: LTE5243DQ3 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 1 - 5 years

Need help in determining how to check continuity on dryer, do not understand which part is which and if it takes a continuity test or Ohmn test to determine if the part is good. Please help, Thanks Mike
