Idler pulley assembly

Brand: Whirlpool Age: More than 10 years

I attempted to replace my dryer belt and found that my idler pulley was laying on the deck. How do you reassemble the idler pulley, if possible. Thanks

The idler pulley plugs into the slots on the dryer base.
