Use a putty knife to push back the top panel clips and tilt the top back. Remove the front panel screws and remove front panel.
Rout the new belt around the drum with the grooved side against the drum. Remove back panel and rout the belt around the pulley and motor shaft, there is only one way to put the belt on to get the proper tension .
