I ordered and installed three drum slides, but when I turned the drum, it was still squeaking. I pulled out the drum and discovered that the bearing was basically rubbed to nothing (just shreds were left). The metal part where the drum turns has a groove where I think the shaft has rubbed the metal too long. Do I need to order just the bearing or do I need a new shaft receptacle as well?
