Model Number: edw4060g02ss Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
I have a GE Triton XL dishwasher, it has always had steam hit me in the face when opening the door durring operation. My wife said that it is not cleaning well, (leaving a grease residue) I checked the operation & found everything working properly except there is no steam when opening the door as there used to be. All water pressure, draining, soap despencer seem to be working ok. I assuse thne heating element is bad & have ordered one from you. Am I on the right track? Or is there an electronic heating element relay that more commonly goes out? Is there any idiosyncrosies to installing the element?
