The unit runs fine except when it reaches close to the end of cycle it is not pushing the water out. The water level remains well above the large disk filter on the bottom. I've pulled the unit and inspected the drain hoses and found no blockage or kinks. Looking for the best troubleshooting method for the drain pump / motor.

We have not installed a garbage disposal or changed anything else. Ran fine before. Just recently came up with this problem.

Here is a manual. I could not find a manual for yout exact unit but this should be close. At least the main pump looks the same as yours.

Just to eliminate the house plumbing as a possible cause try disconnecting the drain hose at the sind and drain it into a pail. Put a towel over the pail and hold the drain tube firmly or it will splash all over.

If it still does not drain, measure across the drain motor to see if you get 120 volts when it is supposed to be draining.
If you do then either the drain pump is toast or you have a blockage in the main pump or drain pump plumbing.
You will have to take it apart to find the problem.

Thanks denman, Appreciate the help. I was having problems finding the right manual. I'll try it with the hose in a bucket and see what happens. I'll also check the volts. :)
