My diswasher is not working correctly. I ran it on the high temp cycle after it had been sitting for a couple of weeks and it ran fine. Then the next day I tried to run a normal cycle and the machine would not work. None of the cycles could be chosen. When I pushed the start button it started making a draining noise and showed 2 minutes in the timer. I turned off the breaker for about an hour to reset the machine but when I turned it on only a few of the lights would come on. I could not select any of the wash cycles and again when I pushed the start button it would make the draining noise and show 2 in the time remaining. I turned the breaker off and left it off all day. When I turned it back on I could select everything but normal and pots/pans. I selected light cycle and pushed start but it only did the draining thing again. I hit the stop button then the light cycle and start button again. The light cycle actually started and I was able to change it to normal cycle. The next day I went to start a new load and again it started the draining thing. I toggled between start and stop then selected light cycle and pressed start. It started the wash cycle and switched to normal on its own. I washed one more load with no problems. Then the next day it began the draining thing again! I turned the breaker off for about 3 hours and when I turned it back on I could not select the normal or pots/pans cycles again. When I pressed the light cycle button and start it went to the draining thing. I fiddled with it some more and finally got the normal cycle to start again. What might be causing this and how can I fix it?
