When I Went To Use It Today, Will Not Start. Has 2 Green Flashing Lights On The Front. One Is Flashing Rinse Only. The Other Flashing Light Is Cancel/drain, However It Will Not Cancel, Will Not Reset And Will Not Restart.

Read through the tech sheet and try the diagnostics.

Could be the control board or the control panel.
Often flashing lights indicate a stuck (always closed) key switch.
The usual way to trouble shoot is to check the key switches on the control pane (keypad) with a meter. If it checks out OK then it is probably the control board.
It is still abit of a crap shoot but your odds are better.
