Model Number: kudr01tjwh0 Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 5 - 10 years
How do you remove the protector cover (part# AP3851156) that surrounds the food chopper? We have already removed the accumulator assembly. We would like to clean the screen and chopper.

Remove screw retaining the inlet protector. Rotate screw-end of protector upward to remove part and expose chopper assembly. How to remove protective cover?

I am the same point where you are with protective cover. Were you able to get assistance...I could use some information and quick instructions since you had "Been there, done that"!...my wife is hoping that you are line now since I have parts and pieces all over the kicthcen floor!
