loud whinning noise, but still working/cleaning
Model Number: DU1055XTPS4 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 1 - 5 years
Dishwasher is working, but making loud high pitch noise during washing. Have read some posts trying to find the problem. Sounds like impeller (bearings) could be causing my noise. Is this difficult to replace? Wife doesn't want me to start tearing apart our dishwasher until I know what the problem is! I don't want to buy an entire motor/pump if it's a 17 dollar part.
