Thumbs down The Timer knob binds when turning .
Model Number: DU840CWDB2   Brand: Whirlpool   Age: 5 - 10 years   

When you first turn the timer knob from off to the first cycle, it is extreemly hard to turn, then when it gets to the point where it is supposed to open the soap dispenser door, it doesn't. Once it get's past the initial starting point it turns normally ( not binding).
