GE Profile Upper Rack

Model Number: PDW7300G00BB Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years

I need to replace the Upper Rack Slide, Rail End Caps, Stud Rollers, and Roller Slides. Stud Rollers and Roller Slides appear to be straightforward. I'm having trouble with the first thing I need to do - remove the rail end caps from the old Upper Rack slides. Any tips?
