wiring to motor

Model Number: shu301uc/u06 Brand: Bosch Age: Less than 1 year

Hi customer removed wires to motor ,there are 5 wires one wire is ground ,there is a black, blue, purple.white, the numbers on motor are 1, 2 ,3+4 do someone know where these wire belong? thanks
