Not cleaning top rack of dishes
Model Number: GU1200XTLS2 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 1 - 5 years
I have a whirlpool gold GU1200XTLS2 that does not clean the top rack of the dishes. I have tried with the dishwasher full and half full and no dishes on the bottom rack and dishes on the top rack. Still does not clean them. Is there something that needs to be possibly cleaned or has anyone else experienced this problem.
Thanks in advance for any help.

If your spray arm holes are clear of soap residue, you probably have a clogged chopper and a bad check valve. Remove chopper cover, part 8 in the parts breakdown, clean pump inlet area in cover, and replace chopper, part 6 and check valve part 5
