i turned on super load and everything fine untill it drained and started the rinse. then when it filled back up, the overflow valve drained out to my floor. i took off front cover and made sure overflow hose was connected secure. it was, so i ran cycle again on large this time ( no clothes) to see where leak was coming. it was the overflow in back left of machine. i need to know why the water is not stopping at the desired level it should.
