My GE dishwasher has had problems with working consistantly. I took it apart and found that the switch leaf was offset and not connecting with the switch interlocks all the time. I did some jimmy-rigging but it has come to the point that one of the switch interlocks has shorted out. I am looking on your site to try and find the part necessary to reattach the switch leaf correctly to the inside of my dishwasher door but I am unsure as to whether or not I have found it. Is it the switch shield? Is that a part I can even buy or do I need to replace the whole inside door panel to be able to do that? Thanks for your help.
