Our drain plugged up that the dishwasher is connected to. We didn't know it was plugged. We started dishwasher and went to bed. Next morning diswasher was still running. The digital panel showed zero, but it was still trying to pump the water out. The sink had water backed up into it. We shut off the dishwasher and all the water in the sink drained back into the dishwasher. Now the dishwasher won't start a wash cycle. We select the desired wash cycle and start it, the digital counter started but nothing happens. Water is not pumped in. We tried shutting it off and tried again, but nothing happens...Any ideas?? Any help will be much appreciated, I was laid off from my job and really can't afford to buy a new one. Thanks is advance for any help..
