Sounds Like the motor Part number: AP2905451
Part number: AP2905451
However, you can feild test a few things w/o meters, Unplug the machine take off the outer shell, seperate the pump from the motor without disconnecting the hoses, ... by pass the lid switch...plug it back in.. put the timer in spin and start If it spins, there is a problem with the pump (sock or something check it out.) Part number: AP3963893
Part number: AP3963893
.

If the motor does not spin, then seperate the motor from the transmission. Find a way to hold the motor" in place on the floor"...connected to the wiring harness. By-pass the lid switch... plug the washer back in... move the timer to a spin setting.(HOLD OR SECURE THE MOTOR IN PLACE!!!) and pull the timer knob. If the motor does not kick immediately, replace the motor.

I realize this was a littly "windy" but I hope is helps.
