Maytag DW door problem
Model Number: MDB5000AWB Brand: Maytag Age: 5 - 10 years
When my Maytag DW is on, it continues to run if you open the door. This is the model with the door leak recall which has been fixed. Don't know if there is any relationship between the two. This was first noticed a few months after the repair.

Ouch! Who's the lucky one that gets to clean the floor afterwards?
Check both door switches and bracket. See #9 on this diagram.
