How do I replace the heating element on this model dishwasher?

Here are your parts
Replacement parts for FRIGIDAIRE FDB2310LCC2 Frigidaire/dishwasher | AppliancePartsPros.com

Unplug or trip the breaker to the unit
Remove the kick plate
Remove the wires from the element
Undo the nuts
And replace it.
Do not over tighten the nuts.
Plug it back in and run a cycle to check for leaks.

You may need new nuts if the old ones are deformed etc while taking them off
