Default Spots and undissolved detergent
Model Number: 363.1654995   Brand: Kenmore   Age: 5 - 10 years

Hello all,

Lately our Kenmore is leaving spots on the dishes and cups and we often find the detergent tablets (Electrosol) only partially dissolved in the tub. Can anyone steer me in the right direction. I appreciate any help on this, thanks in advance!

The first thing I would check is how much water is in the dishwasher during the wash cycle. It suppose to be about 1/2" over the centerpiece of the tub.

Post your findings.

Gene.

Gene, thanks for the reply, sorry for the delay, I was out of town for a few days. The water level is about 1" below the heating element.
