Drainage Problem

Model Number: MDBTT60AWW Brand: Maytag Age: 1 - 5 years

Hi, My dishwasher will not drain the water out of the bottom. I have taken the hose off to see if it was stopped up and it is fine so I guess it is in the pump. How do I take it apart to find out if the problem is there and what kind of problems am I looking for?
