GE Dishwasher

Model Number: GSD5630D02WW Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years

My dishwasher will not drain. I have checked the drain line and there are no clogs. I took apart the drain pump and when I put power to the motor the motor spins. However when there is no power the motor doesn't spin freely.
