About a month ago my dishwasher started leaving white particles on the top rack of dishes after the cycle was finished. And then it kept getting worse, until finally it wasn't draining at all and we had to get a repair man from Sears to come out and fix it. He found there was no air gap so it wasn't draining and now it's draining. I was hoping and assuming that it was all apart of the same problem and we wouldn't see those white particles all over the top rack of dishes anymore. But not the case, it drains now, but we still have the particles all over. It seems like when I run the cycle on a "high temp" wash it's better, there are still white things, but not as many. I don't know what to do. Does it sound like the dishwasher just needs a good cleaning? I'm not sure what to do.
