Replaced detergent / rinse aid dispenser (thank you for the guidance and parts!). DW worked fine for 2 weeks until it stopped mid cycle. No lights on control panel, couldn't reset the unit to get lights on control panel, checked breaker box - there is power to the appliance. Pulled control panel, there is power to the panel. Upon pulling the panel I note about 4 places where some overheating has taken place- slightly melted plastic.
Questions:
• What could cause the overheating? Could it be related to replacing the detergent dispenser?
 • What parts might I need? Control panel? Master circuit board?
 • Anyone else experience this challenge?
Thanks for the forum and assistance.
