Harold Do you have any source where I can find a copy of a troubleshoot manual for the Bosch dishwasher model SHX46A05UC?

It seems that every H20/appliance has gone haywire. washer, dishwasher, water heater. At least the washer was the vacuum break. Can the heater element on the SHU 4002 be checked without removing the base? How do you remove the base, it is a very unintuitive design. It my area (Tampa,FL) the water is so hard it hurts to take a shower. Actually, I have had a problem with hard water build up in the Bosch, can this be contributing to the problem? Thanks for your help!

You saved me what a couple of hundred $$. Dish was not draining, just like manual said impeller in sump had jammed with a small piece of glass.
