I've been running the rinse and hold program for a few minutes and then draining it. Even without adding any soap, the bottom drain will be soapy. After about 7 cycles, it seems as if its finally becoming clear.

I plan to run each of the cycles in full or use the test mode to do so to double check all the soap is out before trying a load with soap.

Thank you for manual on this dishwasher troubleshooting manual. I just followed the advice and fixed my parents dishwasher, theirs however took a 5/16 rachet to undo the screws, but I got it and saved my dad some money. Thanks again.

I have 10 years old bosch dishwasher(don't remember the model no.), it was running quite good. But last year its going bad. Dishwasher was not working. Then from internet I found manual and open the dishwasher. All the dishwasher parts was okay except the belt and drain pump. The drain pump was stop working and the belt was cracked and damaged. I replace these two things and till now it is running okay. Without manual it was not possible to repair $200. May be I have replace the dishwasher.
