Controls locked light will not deactivate.
Model Number: KUDIO1ILWH1 Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 1 - 5 years
The Controls locked light is on. Pushing and holding for 4 seconds the "Energy saver" button causes the light to flash three times but does not disengage the control lock. Pushing any of the other buttons does the same thing. I disconnected the power but it still will not reset.
Do I need a new electronic board? Any thoughts? Thanks in advance for any replys. Dan Hogan
