Cycle dial not advancing

Cycle dial not advancing

Model Number: GSD2000 Series Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years

The cycle dial does not advance thru all the cycles. If set on Wash, it stays there, and just runs & runs. Also makes a loud humming noise.

It sounds like your timer motor is kaput.
