upper and lower arms do not spin

Hi,
Just a quick question. The upper and lower arms of my dishwasher do not spin, water does spew out of them however, can where can I get a repair manual with skematics/diagrams? Thank you for your help.

Remove the lower spray arm and the pump cover (#4 on the diagram). Remove the pump filter and the rinse arm (#6 & #7) and clean them, using white vinegar and a brush.
