MAGTAG top wash arm not moving

Model Number: MDB7100 Brand: Maytag Age: 5 - 10 years

Hey folks,
I have a problem with my dischwasher, where the top wash arm does no longer rotate. It just let's the water out, but does not rotate. As a result all the detergent cup is not empty and dishes are not clean.

Hope that someone can provide me some guidance/ suggestions on what the propable cause could be.
