Per my wife: During the day the dishwasher was running, made a popping sound, emitted a bad burnt smell, but kept running and completed washing dishes. however it the motor would not stop running even when door is opened. Had to turn off at the breaker. When I got home from work, I took off front cover and found smoke stains and a burnt/fried control module. Some of the metal leads from the circuit board actually fused into a couple of the black connectors. Is this just a bad board or do I need to check something else so it does not happened to the replacement? Can I just replace the plastic connectors or do I need to replace the wiring harness? When I turned the breaker on the motor started and sounded normal, so that seems to be ok.
