THe Control Lock Indicator light is always lit. None of the selection buttons work. As the manual suggests, I did hold down the No Heat Dry pad for four seconds. This did not correct the problem. Why is this happening?

Most likely the problem caused by a one or more stuck pads on the key panel.

Note: Pressing any of the keys causes the control lock to flash three times but, nothing happens.

Model number is 665 and its' color is white.

It is white.
