Question Control Lock
Model Number: 665   Brand: Kenmore   Age: 5 - 10 years   
THe Control Lock Indicator light is always lit. None of the selection buttons work. As the manual suggests, I did hold down the No Heat Dry pad for four seconds. This did not correct the problem. Why is this happening?

Most likely the problem caused by a one or more stuck pads on the key panel.

In order to provide the right part number for the console assembly for your dishwasher I need the complete model number and the color of the dishwasher.

Note: Pressing any of the keys causes the control lock to flash three times but, nothing happens.

Model number is 665 and its' color is white.

I think thgis is what you want as the full model number. 665.15951793

The part number for the membrane switch for your dishwasher is AP3096907.
