For several months, it would take several attempts to start. I would rotate the dial several times and then it would start. Looking at the under panel at the motor, I see everything switching, the solenoid switches and the motor tries to rotate but not starting. I rotated the pump manually and then tried to start it. It did start. I am thinking it may be the capacitor or maybe even possibly the motor itself. How do I check the capacitor? I know to disconnect the wires but what should I read in microfarads. And how do I read it?
