Default Kenmore dishwasher problem
Brand: Kenmore   Age: 1 - 5 years   
My Kenmore dishwasher has water coming in on the side but there is no water coming out from the spray arm or top sprayer. If this is a pump problem how difficult is it to replace a pump?

It is a Kenmore Elite with stainless steel interior

Default Not enough water or spray arm not working?
I have a kenmore model 1374, bought only last August. It worked very well in the beginning but the past few months, it's not cleaning as well, especially the upper rack. I also noticed the soap dish is not completely emptied at the end of the cycle. What could be causing this? Is it the pump or the spray arm? As a side note, I'm extremely dissapointed with Sears service. If I could take this dishwasher back, I would.
