I had the control panel replaced on the dishwasher about a year ago. The door sticks shut now and it seems like the latch isn't working correctly. Sometimes I can get it to run other times it won't even light up. If I replace the door latch will that fix the problem or do I need another replacement control panel? Thanks for your help!

First check that the door striker is OK Item 8 in Section 6 (parts)

Next check that the door gasket is OK and not holding the door open. Also that it has some give.

Then I would remove power from the unit and remove the door's inner panel and inspect the door latch.

If I replace the door latch will that fix the problem or do I need another replacement control panel?
I cannot say.
I doubt that the control panel needs replacing as opening and closing the door does get it going. Sounds more like one of the door/latch switches is not closing properly and that is why you are not getting power to the control board.
