Dishwasher wasn't filling with water and I found the power coming from the float switch was only about 75 v instead of 120. The switch did have some scorching on one of the terminals. Ordered a new float switch from this site but now the washer seems to overflow part way through the normal wash cycle (water pours out the bottom of the door). If I put it on a lite cycle there is no overflow. I tested the power coming from the new switch and it is providing 120 now. Would the water inlet value be the next step to replace or is the float itself to blame?
