I couple small paring knives stuck through the side of the utensil basket and ended up cutting long scratches along the inside of the dishwasher along the side when the lower rack was slid out. Is there a product to repair these scratches? They haven't caused a leak or anything but the ragged scratches look bad and I'd like to stop them from developing into an issue or retaining any debris.

As far as I know there is nothing that will hold long term to the plastic.

You could clean them up a bit with very fine sandpaper or emery cloth. Problem is emery cloth is mostly black an could leave residue particles in the plastic.

Personally I would leave it as it is.
