Have a whirlpool dishwasher that is 2 years old. Been having an issue with draining. Sometimes the tub will not drain. I try to run the drain cycle over and over and it only drains sometimes (which tells me hose isn't clogged) Ive checked the hose, check valve and the pump does run. The hose is looped on side of washer and ;top under sink. No garbage disposal and the drain is before the sewer trap. I disconnected the hose from the sink and place the end into a pail and ran the drain cycle, all I got was a trickle. I replaced the drain pump and have same results. Just ran washer and this time it drained.
